he National Land Commission Chairperson Gershom Otachi alongside Commissioner Reginald Okumu on Tuesday hosted a delegation led by Siaya Governor Hon James Orengo and the Lake Agro led Chairman Singh Rai as the local communities of Alego Usonga and Yimbo.
The two parties agreed to an NLC led mediation process to amicably resolve the stalemate over Lake Agro’s leasing of the Yala Swamp for 66 years.
